Mitch Handley

VP of Operations

With over 2 decades of hands-on tuning experience, Mitch Handley is the driving force behind P1 Underground. Specializing in boosted applications, Mitch has spent decades mastering platforms from street builds to full-blown race cars. He’s an expert in PCMTec, HP Tuners, and AVID, and known for delivering powerful, reliable calibrations that hold up under pressure.

Micheal Weatherby

Bringing firsthand experience from the customer’s side of the tuning world, Michael Weatherby knows what it’s like to chase the perfect setup — because he’s done it himself. As a former Lund Racing customer turned trusted P1UG consultant, Michael now helps others plan their builds, troubleshoot issues, and connect with the right calibration for their goals. Working remotely with clients across the country, he’s a reliable voice for street and strip setups alike — and he’s proof that passion, knowledge, and seat time make for one hell of a resource. “I’ve been in your shoes. Now I help make sure you get the tune you were hoping for — the first time.

Bobby Burch

Senior Tuner-Nitrous specialist

I’m Bobby, a lifelong Mustang fanatic. After cutting my teeth on New Edge GTs, I jumped into the Coyote world in 2018 with a stick-shift GT, became the first to swap in a TR3160, and took things further with nitrous and racing.

In 2020, I launched StoopidFast Racing and later joined Palm Beach Dyno, focusing on high-performance N/A and nitrous builds. Now I’m back and proud to be tuning with the elite team at P1UG—helping build some of the fastest street cars in the game.
